This site was challenging to manage. It had multi dwelling residential on two sides and a service station/carwash which would be an integral part of the finished development. The service station and car wash continued to trade during project construction, which meant maintaining unobstructed customer access to these businesses and also maintaining site appearance and tidiness. This was achieved.
